New Plan:

100% raw vegan + juicing/tea-ing

Cardio everyday for 35-50 minutes. Walking. Lifting.

Leg presses, squats, lunges and dancing.

South Beach (Phase 1)

2L of water a day.  
Moisturise 2 times a day. 
Body brush everyday. 
Build muscle/lift weights, 
Take Omega 3/fish oil supplements. 
Eat enough protein for your lean body mass.

Part One:

500 to 1200 calories

Adjust to raw food veganism for two weeks (3 hours of cardio/lifting/etc) (25 lbs)

Part Two:

1200 calories

South Beach (Phase One) (13-20 lbs) (Heavy cardio 3 hours/lifting)

no fruit/high protein/low carb/meats

Part Three:

zero calories

Detox – master cleanse + tea  (10 lbs) (one week) (no cardio! just lifting + squats + dance + walking/biking)

End result: 55 lbs in 5 weeks

Phase Four:

Fish + veggie! High caloric intake of 2000 calories and 2 hours a day of exercise. Incorporate maca and other things.

This part will be over by June 23rd. 170 lbs is the goal. Continue Maca. Reduce cardio to 30 min a day and continue lifting everyday.

Today I started restricting calories from dairy, fruit, and I’m detoxing heavily with 3-4 cups of green tea

I had nuts, some plain chicken + hot sauce + a carrot + 3 cups of green tea

 

I wanna start doing 

 

  • Six miles on the eliptical
  • Weight training intensely for two hours total
  • Biking 13 miles OUTSIDE
  • Playing an hour and a half of basketball every week

Yesterday I had oatmeal w/ banana, flaxseed, and grounded almonds. When I came home I had suugo with spinach leaves and one too many forkfuls of alfredo linguini (weak moment). I also had green tea. I exercised for 20 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the bike tho, so that’s good. Didn’t drink as much water as I could have.

This morning I ate a banana. Later I had spinach leaves, some fish and some chicken and green tea.

I’m going to drink more green tea and find another meal.

I went to the gym and ran/did the epelictical machine for about 45 minutes. I was sweating really hard. Burned about 300 calories. Then I ran one lap, did squats/leg presses and played basket ball. When I came home I ate a meat platter, a banana and drank a green tea.

At Ifrah’s house I had estrada and when I came home I had an almond shake, spinach leaves and a yam and some chips from Hussein. Today wasn’t my best eating day.

Tomorrow is a new day:

I want to negotiate fines (bring books)

Work on assignments (inshallah)

Attention from men I find attractive can be a very intoxicating feeling. It means I’ve still got it, even though I’m fat and even though my face isn’t blemish/scar-free. I don’t know if I possess natural beauty but I do know that if you take away the flaws I still have a long hair, thick eyebrows, non-thin lips, a long nose, a nice skin tone and I am considered shapely. My only real flaw right now is my dark neck, my laugh lines which came seemingly out of nowhere and overnight, my acne scars, whiteheads uneven skin tones, dry skin, fat arms/fat tummy and fat-ish thighs. 

My ideal version of myself would have a flat stomach, long eyebrows and eye lashes,toned arms, wide hips/small waist, thick thighs, a rounder butt, waist-length hair and even, dewy, healthy-looking skin. 

The day before yesterday a cute white guy checked me out and it was flattering. And then yesterday a tall mixed guy checked me out, as well as the usual black and Somali dudes. I think how you carry yourself, dress and take care of yourself can show thru at any size. In some ways I feel better about my body at this size than I did at 180. I am going to work on loving myself at every size and reap the benefits of it. 

Today I had green tea spiked with coffee and sweet potato with spinach leaves, hot sauce, almonds and goat meat. I’ve been very regular all day and in fact have to go to the bathroom now. I’m going to brunch with my friend Ifrah Monsour now. Gotta leave the house, bye!
